Membership 1. A 'Member' is one who registers with us upon agreeing and complying with the Terms of Service set by our company 2. 'Member's information' is information provided to our company and information regarding the transactions made by the member. 3. Losing your qualification as a member /Obligation for Compensation 1. If a member provides false information upon registration or fails to make a payment when purchasing online, or is considered inappropriate as a member, the company will be eligible of removing membership from the member. 2. If the member commits one of the following, he/she will be responsible to pay compensation for damages caused to the company. (1) use a member's number or password unlawfully. (2) defacing information on our website or hindering sales of our company by sending hazardous programs to our website. (3) Infringement towards the intellectual property of products that we handle. (4) Any actions that go against the Terms of Service Handling members information 1. In principle, we do not disclose member's personal information to a third party without consent of the member. (3)When the operation of our service is hindered due to a fire, power blackout, or violation from a third person. The amended Terms and Service and supplementary terms take effect as soon as it is submitted on the website. In such a case, the members are expected to comply with the amended Terms of Service and supplementary terms. 12 Applicable laws, court of jurisdiction Should a dispute relating to these Terms of Service occur, the district court that has jurisdiction over the location of the company's head office will act as the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court of first instance.
