You can only cancel if and only if ...

• Order status is "PENDING"
• Please be notified that we cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Pending status means we have accepted the order but is not yet packed nor shipped, thus can still be canceled without charge.

Although in general, we do not cancel orders that have begun processing, in particular cases we may consider canceling your order. For such cases, customers will be required to pay 15% of the total fee.
